Leeds Clark Inc. was presented a Certificate of Appreciation from the Texas Historical Commision and the Texas Land Title Association for Tom Clark's participation in the 2007 Texas Courthouse Stewardship Workshop in Austin, TX. Mr. Clark was asked to present on historic window issues that arise due to the age of many of the historic courthouses in Texas. Mr. Clark covered the importance of a window survey to determine a restoration plan, specifications, and budget. Correct methodology for a window preservation effort was also covered by Mr. Clark, along with choosing qualified contractors, meeting deadlines, and establishing a realistic maintanance plan.
