Tom's
great; the best I know. I worked with him on the restoration
of the Grapevine Railroad Depot. The job was very difficult
and included masonry, window, and door restoration. I also
worked with him on the Hill County Courthouse restoration.
Tom's firm replicated 172 historic wood windows, transoms,
and bell tower louvers destroyed by fire. Tom Clark is honest
and straightforward. I met him as a contractor, but Tom's
specialty is assessment of old buildings, analysis, reports,
and cost estimates.

We've worked together on several historic preservation projects.
Tom Clark is the most qualified person regarding assessment
of conditions and problems areas. I use Tom regularly for
cost estimates. He is the most experienced preservationist
in this part of the country; he's an expert. Tom has taught
my firm everything they know about historic windows. We've
worked on projects including courthouses, commercial buildings,
and theaters. Tom Clark is honest and straightforward.

Gave
us an outstanding job at Randolph AFB. He did a thorough
survey and condition assessment of the windows and doors
on several buildings. Sheppard still refers to Tom's window
and dood survey and reports. Everything he did was fantastic,
I can't say enough good about Tom and his consulting services.
He's the best around.

I'm
an historic architect; Tom Clark works well with architects.
Tom was a consultant on several General Services Administration
buildings, and we are very happy with what he's provided.
via surveys and condition assessment reports. Tom is sensitive
to preservation and knowledgeable about everything from
surveying to job specsifications. We are pleased with what
Tom Clark has done for GSA.
